SOS is a consulting service firm primarily to assist and support backend materials, equipment, and fabless semiconductor companies for backend operations, manufacturing outsourcing, and strategic marketing services.  The "outcome services" are supporting the I.C. package design starts through product implementation and maufacturing phase.  The Company was founded in 2003 and has consulting offices in San Francisco bay area, Manila, Philippines, and Hong Kong, China.
